Out of the 296 schools that participated in the rigorous program this year, Leicester Grammar School and Leicester Grammar Junior School stand amongst the elite, with only 11% achieving Gold status, 24% Silver, and 55% Bronze. The school's journey to Silver status was spearheaded by Mrs Ewington, Director of Wellbeing and Co-Curricular, and Mrs Strong, the Junior School Deputy Head (Pastoral), who worked hand in hand with pupils and staff.

The United Against Bullying programme is the Anti-Bullying Alliance’s free whole-school anti-bullying programme. It supports schools to reduce bullying and improve the well-being of all children, focusing on those most at risk, including children and young people with SEND, children and young people who experience racist and faith-targeted bullying, sexual bullying, homophobic, biophobic and transphobic bullying, looked-after children, young carers and those on free school meals. Towards the end of last term, we hosted the Diana Award Anti-bullying Training https://diana-award.org.uk for regional secondary and primary schools, and this included the training of our groups of new volunteer ambassadors. We are all committed to creating a safe and caring community where we are kind to each other and will not tolerate bullying.
